We work out an estimate for the client as to have an approximate total figure, then we have a Do & Charge agreement and do the works on an hourly basis + materials.

The reasons why are:
1) to avoid the profit margin added by most builders to the customer.
2) as variations always occur, saves paperwork.
3) no nail her up and get the money attitude.
4) gives us the peace to do things once and well.
